What We Do
Summit Commercial Industrial Properties, Inc. (Summit) specializes in commercial, industrial and office properties as well as properties to be entitled. Summit is fortunate to have a wide variety of clients that include large corporations, small business, municipalities, developers and farming families.
In addition to marketing property and negotiating contracts on behalf of our clients, Summit is willing and able to provide a variety of services beyond traditional brokering. We regularly assist our clients to entitle their properties, including original zoning, rezoning, platting, subdivision and securing infrastructure. Summit maintains good working relationships with the cities in Williamson County including city councils, city staff and civic leaders.
Having a variety of clients and being active in the market, Summit maintains information on recent sales and changes in the market. Summit analyzes this data, regularly consults and provides recommendations to our clients based on this information.
